WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION FOR COMMERICAL CLEANING:
1️⃣ Booking & Cancellations – All commercial cleaning services must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require 48-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
2️⃣ Access to Premises – Clients must ensure our team has safe and timely access to the property during scheduled cleaning times. Any delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.
3️⃣ Scope of Cleaning – Standard commercial cleaning includes dusting, floor care, bathroom sanitization, bin removal, kitchen/breakroom cleaning, and surface disinfection. Any additional requests (e.g., deep cleaning, high-level dusting, carpet shampooing) must be discussed in advance.
4️⃣ Cleaning Products & Equipment – We provide all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment unless the client requests specific products. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.
5️⃣ Health & Safety Compliance – Our team follows strict health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. We do not clean hazardous materials, move heavy furniture, or operate within unsafe environments.
6️⃣ Pricing & Consultation – A mandatory on-site consultation is required to assess the property, discuss specific cleaning needs, and determine pricing based on the size and condition of the space. A customized quote will be provided following the consultation.
7️⃣ Payments & Refunds – Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Refunds are not provided, but we offer a free re-cleaning if any issues are reported within 24 hours of service completion.
