Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and remove any stains or dirt buildup to leave the floors spotless.

DUSTING AND SURFACE CLEANING

Dust all surfaces, including shelves, skirting boards, light fixtures, and windowsills.

WINDOW AND GLASS CLEANING

Clean and polish all windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine.

GENERAL TIDYING AND TRASH REMOVAL

Empty all bins, remove any personal items left behind, and ensure the property is ready for the next tenant.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION FOR AN END-OF-TENACY CLEAN:

1️⃣ Booking & Cancellations – All end of tenancy cleaning services must be booked in advance. 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

2️⃣ Access to Property – Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property. If access is denied or delayed, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

3️⃣ Scope of Cleaning – Our end of tenancy cleaning includes deep kitchen and bathroom cleaning, floor care, dusting, window cleaning, and trash removal. Any additional services (e.g., carpet cleaning, oven deep clean, interior window cleaning) must be discussed during the consultation and may incur additional charges.

4️⃣ Cleaning Products & Equipment – We provide all necessary cleaning supplies unless the client requests specific products. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.

5️⃣ Health & Safety Compliance – Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. We do not clean hazardous materials or operate in unsafe conditions.

6️⃣ Pricing & Consultation – A mandatory on-site consultation is required to assess the size and condition of the property to provide an accurate and customized cleaning quote. Pricing will be determined based on the space, condition, and specific cleaning requirements.

7️⃣ Payments & Refunds – Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are not provided, but we offer free re-cleaning if any issues are reported within 24 hours of service completion.
