We ask all of our new clients to book an initial consultation. This is vital so we can view the property and give you an accurate quote. Our team aims to deliver a quote within 24 hours of the initial consultation with the next available slot for your clean.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION FOR DOMESTIC CLEANING:

1️⃣ Booking & Cancellations – Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee, which is a 20% of your cleaning service.

2️⃣ Access to Property – The client must ensure safe and timely access to the property.

3️⃣ Scope of Cleaning – Our standard domestic cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom cleaning, and general tidying. Additional services (e.g., deep cleaning, inside appliances) must be requested in advance.

4️⃣ Cleaning Products & Equipment – We provide professional cleaning supplies unless the client prefers to use their own. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.

5️⃣ Health & Safety – Our cleaners follow strict health and safety guidelines. We do not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous areas, or handle personal or valuable items.

6️⃣ Pricing & Consultation – A pre-clean consultation is required to assess the property and determine pricing based on size, condition, and specific cleaning needs. Quotes will be provided after the consultation within 24 hours.

7️⃣ Payments & Refunds – Payment is due upon completion of service of each domestic cleaning provided. Refunds are not provided, but we will return for free re-cleaning if any issues are reported within 24 hours.
