We ask all of our new clients to book an initial consultation. This is vital so we can view the property and give you an accurate quote. Our team aims to deliver a quote within 24 hours of the initial consultation with the next available slot for your clean.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION FOR OFFICE CLEANING:
1️⃣ Booking & Cancellations – All office cleaning services must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or changes to the appointment require 48-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
2️⃣ Access to Premises – The client must ensure that our team has safe and timely access to the office space. If the office is locked or access is restricted, additional charges may apply for rescheduling or delays.
3️⃣ Scope of Cleaning – Our standard office cleaning includes dusting, floor care, bathroom sanitization, bin removal, kitchen/breakroom cleaning, and surface disinfection. Additional requests, such as deep cleaning or high-level cleaning, should be discussed during the consultation.
4️⃣ Cleaning Products & Equipment – We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless the client requests specific products. Eco-friendly cleaning options are available upon request.
5️⃣ Health & Safety Compliance – Our cleaning team adheres to strict health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. We do not clean hazardous materials, move heavy furniture, or operate in unsafe environments.
6️⃣ Pricing & Consultation – A mandatory on-site consultation is required to assess the office space, discuss cleaning needs, and determine the appropriate pricing based on the size and condition of the space. A customized quote will be provided after the consultation.
7️⃣ Payments & Refunds – Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are not provided; however, we offer free re-cleaning if any issues are reported within 24 hours of service completion.
