Scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, tiles, and grout for a germ-free space.
UPHOLSTERY AND FURNITURE CLEANING
Remove dust, pet hair, and stains from sofas, chairs, and other furniture.
HIGH-TOUCH SURFACE DISINFECTION
Sanitize door handles, light switches, remote controls, and other frequently touched areas.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION FOR A DEEP CLEAN:
1️⃣ Booking & Cancellations – All deep cleaning services must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require 48-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
2️⃣ Access to Property – The client must ensure our team has safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot gain entry at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
3️⃣ Scope of Cleaning – Our deep cleaning service includes detailed dusting, floor scrubbing, kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning, upholstery care, and high-touch surface disinfection. Additional services (e.g., carpet shampooing, appliance interior cleaning) must be requested in advance.
4️⃣ Cleaning Products & Equipment – We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment unless the client requests specific supplies. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.
5️⃣ Health & Safety Compliance – Our team follows strict health and safety protocols. We do not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous materials, or operate in unsafe environments.
6️⃣ Pricing & Consultation – A mandatory on-site consultation is required to assess the property’s condition, specific cleaning needs, and space size. A customized quote will be provided after the consultation.
7️⃣ Payments & Refunds – Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are not provided, but we offer a free re-cleaning if any issues are reported within 24 hours of service completion.
