WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION FOR AN INDUSTRIAL CLEAN:
1️⃣ Booking & Cancellations – All industrial cleaning services must be scheduled in advance. 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
2️⃣ Access to Facility – Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the industrial site. If our team cannot access the area as scheduled, additional charges may apply.
3️⃣ Scope of Cleaning – Our standard industrial cleaning includes machine and equipment cleaning, floor scrubbing, high-level dusting, ventilation cleaning, restroom sanitization, and waste disposal. Any additional services (e.g., deep grease removal, hazardous material handling) must be discussed during the consultation.
4️⃣ Cleaning Products & Equipment – We provide industrial-grade cleaning products and equipment unless the client requests specific materials. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.
5️⃣ Health & Safety Compliance – Our team follows strict health and safety protocols to protect workers and the environment. We do not clean hazardous materials or work in unsafe areas without proper safety measures.
6️⃣ Pricing & Consultation – A mandatory on-site consultation is required to assess the size, condition, and specific needs of the industrial space. This will allow us to provide an accurate, customized pricing quote based on the work required.
7️⃣ Payments & Refunds – Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are not provided, but we offer free re-cleaning if any issues are reported within 24 hours of service completion.
